Research & Discovery

The first step in creating a new website is understanding your business, your goals, your customers and your overall expectations from your website. We’ll look at your competitors’ sites, review your current analytics, gather data from 3rd party tools, ask informative questions and put ourselves in your customer’s shoes.

Once we have all the information we need, we’ll put together a list of strategic recommendations (almost like a marketing strategy for your website) for the design and development of your new website.

Design & Wireframing

Once we’ve learned as much as we can about your business, and you’ve confirmed that we’re on the right path, we’ll start building an interactive wireframe of your new website. Our interactive wireframes are simplified but functional versions of your future website and will give you a clickable and scalable website that you can give us feedback on.

Using your wireframe, we’ll present the designs for your homepage, header, footer and some internal pages. Together, we’ll review the wireframes and make quick adjustments to get them to the point where you’re happy before we move on to front-end development.

Front End Web Development

In this phase of the project, we add all of the content, images, videos or custom functionality that you’ve requested to your website. We take care of any animations, mobile optimization, custom forms and anything that you can visually see on the site.

For many, this is the most exciting phase as they see things start coming together into the website they’ve always dreamt of.

Website Launch

Website launches can be exciting and nerve-wracking all at the same time for website owners. That’s why we have a completely white-glove approach to launching your website. We take care of everything from migrating servers and pointing your domain, to rigorous testing after the site launches.

Ongoing Website Support

Once your website is launched, we want to make sure that things turned out the way you had hoped at the beginning of the project. So, for 30 days we make sure that we make ourselves available to you for any sort of small tweaks or adjustments needed to your website.

If you’re interested in more ongoing support, many of our customers choose to keep us on a monthly retainer where they can get us to make content updates, improve performance, add new features and much more. If this interests you, we can discuss this as a separate contract.
